Each DREAMDRIVER apparel is individually handmade. Due to it’s handmade nature, fulfillment is anywhere from between the same day and 7 business days. Please keep in mind shipping speed is separate from fulfillment speed. Shipping speed is dependent on what is selected during check out.

In the rare occurrence an error was made, please reach out to us immediately! If it is determined that the product you received differs from what was ordered, we will remake/correct your item(s) and re-ship the corrected item(s) to you at no cost! Certain restrictions may apply. The purchaser must contact us via contact form within 7 days after the order is delivered to request a correction. Any requests initiated outside the 7 day window will not be granted. All cases will be reviewed in the order received and we will inform you of a determination within 7 days of receiving your return. Items must be in new and unworn condition with all original packaging and free of any marks, make up, perfume, deodorant, etc.
